Across hundreds of conversations with ESM companies, one thing has become clear: training is a persistent, costly pain point. Whether it’s onboarding new team members, upskilling current staff, or simply trying to stay on top of the latest updates within Uptick—it’s a challenge that internal teams often don’t have the time or headspace to solve alone.
While Uptick’s digital knowledge base and online support options are sophisticated and accessible, they don’t replace the value of face-to-face, collaborative training. There’s a significant gap in the market when it comes to real-world application, practical learning, and live support that adapts to your workflows and team structure.
That’s why we created these small group workshops—designed not just to teach the ‘how’, but to show the ‘why’ behind Uptick best practices. Each session offers a practical, hands-on approach guided by facilitators who aren’t just tech experts—they’ve worked in the field, led operations teams, and understand the exact pressure points you’re navigating.
In every session, we focus on clarity, confidence, and cohesion—so your team walks away not just knowing what to do, but understanding how to do it well, and why it matters within your business.
What to expect
All workshops are 3-4 hrs (depending on which session).
Participants are required to bring: An open mind, a notebook and pen and a device on which they can access Uptick
Each session is $400+ GST per participant.
Maximum of 10 participants per session. (Min 5 in order to go ahead)
To ensure the best possible training experience, all OnTrack ESM workshops require a minimum of five attendees. As we launch, we are gathering expressions of interest and will prioritise sessions based on the most in-demand topics.
